I have been tabling my 90s comic, Chronic Apathy, through 1995 to mark its 20th anniversary. It’s an experimental, slice of life style comic that tells the story of the two principal characters’ personal relationship coming to an end. Out of that, both are inspired to pursue their own artwork and careers. Inspired by meditations on memory and rhythm, I’m still proud of my younger self for seeing this through to the completion of a six-issue storyline.
I also plan to submit an individual presentation proposal to your academic panel committee and look forward to hearing from you on both accounts.
